Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Stephan Behr (born 1957) earned a Masters degree in Technical and Biomedical Cybernetics from the Ilmenau Technical University. From 1984 until 1990, Mr. Behr worked as a project manager with several engineering firms. In 1990 he founded the IT company IBYKUS AG. Mr. Behr served as CEO for IBYKUS until the year 2000 at which time he founded the venture capital company SEMENTIS Capital AG, through which he holds shares in QSIL. Mr. Behr has been CEO of QSIL from 2005 to 2018.

Dr. Helmut Vorndran

Dr. Helmut Vorndran is the Managing Director and sole shareholder of Duesseldorf-based VM Capital Advisors GmbH (“VMCap”, www.vmcap.com), a family office and asset manager with the focus on established companies in the sectors “High-Value-Added Manufacturing”, ICT and Renewable Energies. Until today VMCap successfully completed 53 transactions, including four very successful IPOs in Frankfurt and London, among which Ersol Solar Energy AG, Erfurt and Exceet Group SE, Luxembourg being so far the most well-known ones.

Established in 2000 VMCap is investing funds of its shareholders in direct investments, infrastructure investments and real estate. VMCap has currently more than €250m „Assets under Management“. The entire group employs today approximately 1,000 employees. 

Before establishing VMCap, Helmut Vorndran worked for 11 years for the US-management consulting firm A.T. Kearney, Inc. in Munich and Tokyo on more than 100 consulting projects for clients in the energy, chemical, pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries. His last positions at A.T. Kearney were Vice-President Worldwide and Managing Director of the Japanese subsidiary A.T. Kearney K.K. 

Helmut Vorndran successfully completed his master studies in business administration at the University of Wuerzburg, where he received a doctoral degree in business administration in 1991.


Ellen Stellwagen

Ellen Stellwagen

Ellen Stellwagen (born in 1972) passed two state examinations in law after studying law at the Universities in Freiburg und Würzburg. During her preparatory service for the second state exam in law she was also employed by Arthur Andersen, Eschborn. In 1999, Mrs. Stellwagen started her career at Franken-Treuhand GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft in Würzburg. In 2003 she was appointed a registered tax advisor and became the managing director of Franken-Treuhand GmbH in which she also holds an equity stake. In addition she is a registered attorney at law and has founded her own law firm in 2003 that provides legal services with a focus on business law.

 

 


 

Chris Förster

Chris Förster ( born  in1971) has earned a Master in Business Administration at Göttingen university. He staretd his career in 1997 at Sachsenring Automobiltechnik AG in Zwickau. In 1999 he joined IBYKUS AG in Erfurt and later on served  the Erfurt-based  X-FAB group as its CFO from 2001 until 2017.  After successfull completation of an IPO of X-FAB in 2017, Chris Förster assumed responsibility as full time Managing Director of FC Carl Zeiss Jena Fußball Spielbetriebs GmbH where ha had accepted a honorary appointment in 2013 already.
