Michael Keitz (born 1977) earned a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Leipzig. From 2000 to 2005, he worked for the auditing companies PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen. In 2004 he was accredited as a tax advisor. From 2005 to 2007, he worked as CFO for FER Fahrzeugelektrik GmbH, an affiliate of the Penske Corp. (Detroit, USA), with responsibility for Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, IT and Human Resources. Mr. Keitz joined QSIL as CFO in 2007.
Michael Keitz is the Spokesman of the Management Board and responsible for the company’s strategic alignment, for technology, research and development as well as production at the German sites.
Furthermore Michael Keitz is responsible for Human Resources, IT as well as Law and Compliance.
Erik Neuberg (born 1982) studied business administration at TU Bergakademie Freiberg and Central European University in Budapest. Before entering QSIL, he worked for a Big Four accounting company in the areas of auditing and transaction advisory from 2006-2011 and for a leading private bank in the corporate & investment banking sector from 2011-2020. He has many years of experience in corporate finance as well as in the execution of corporate transactions.
Erik Neuberg as CFO is responsible for finance, M&A and corporate development across the group. He is also local managing director of several group companies.
