Udo Werner

 

Udo Werner

Spokesman of the Management Board

 

 

Udo Werner (born in 1967) passed two state examinations in law after studying law at Schiller-Universität Jena and Goethe-Universität Frankfurt as well as completing a legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Dresden. He is also a graduate of Harvard University, where he earned a Master degree in Public Administration. In 1998, Mr. Werner started his professional career at McKinsey & Co., Inc., in New York and Berlin. After his appointment as Chief Financial Officer of TechnoTrend AG in 2001, he also took responsibility as Chief Operating Officer for its parent company TechnoTrend Holding N.V. in the areas Production & Logistics, HR & Law as well as Mergers & Acquisitions. From 2009, Mr. Werner was Managing Director of the listed company CyBio AG and from 2013 of the investment company of the Free State of Thuringia as well as its wholly-owned fund companies. In 2017, he was appointed Managing Director of QSIL, in which he also holds an equity stake.

Udo Werner is the Spokesman of the Management Board and responsible for the company’s strategic alignment, for technology, research and development as well as production at the German sites.

 

 


Dr. Nina Huck

Dr. Nina Huck (born 1970) holds a PhD degree in chemistry from the University of Groningen. Prior to her appointment as Managing Director for QSIL Nederland B.V in 2016, Dr. Nina Huck gained more than 14 years of experience in R&D and general management roles within Philips and finally supervised the acquisition of the Dutch production site.

As Chief Sales Officer, Dr. Nina Huck holds responsibility for the group’s Sales & Marketing activities, the development of new business areas as well as production at the Dutch subsidiary.


 

Michael Keitz

 

Michael Keitz (born 1977) earned a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Leipzig. From 2000 to 2005, he worked for the auditing companies PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen. In 2004 he was accredited as a tax advisor. From 2005 to 2007, he worked as CFO for FER Fahrzeugelektrik GmbH, an affiliate of the Penske Corp. (Detroit, USA), with responsibility for Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, IT and Human Resources. Mr. Keitz joined QSIL as CFO in 2007.

As Chief Financial Officer, Michael Keitz is responsible for Finance, Human Resources, IT, M&A as well as Law and Compliance.
